Is your GHIN mobile app not loading?

If you are unable to get to the login page on the GHIN mobile app, or clicking "Log In" takes you to "Create Profile," follow these steps to offload the app:

iPhone:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap General, then select iPhone Storage
  3. Once the app list is generated, select the GHIN Mobile app and tap Offload App
  4. Reinstall the GHIN Mobile app

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store app
  2. Tap App information
  3. Tap Storage & Cache > clear Cache
  4. Tap Clear Store > Delete
  5. Reinstall the GHIN Mobile app
