If you are unable to get to the login page on the GHIN mobile app, or clicking "Log In" takes you to "Create Profile," follow these steps to offload the app:
iPhone:
- Open Settings
- Tap General, then select iPhone Storage
- Once the app list is generated, select the GHIN Mobile app and tap Offload App
- Reinstall the GHIN Mobile app
Android:
- Open Google Play Store app
- Tap App information
- Tap Storage & Cache > clear Cache
- Tap Clear Store > Delete
- Reinstall the GHIN Mobile app
